Return Policy
Returning products to us is simple. Simply contact us. The following rules apply:

1. A Return Authorization must be requested from us prior to returning an item. Items returned to us without a Return Authorization will be refused and returned to you.
2. We accept returns within 1 year of purchase.
3. We do not accept boots worn outdoors. Returned items must be brand new with the original tags attached, original boxes & packaging included or your item will be returned to you.
4. Once your return arrives to us, please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed. We do not deduct any restocking fees.
